Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the participation of participants (hereinafter "Participants"), who are mobile application developers, in the Supercent Game Challenge (hereinafter the "Competition") organized by the Company (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a game to the Competition and participating in the screening and testing process, the Participant agrees to comply with the provisions set forth below. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Participant and the Company.

The CPI Test for submitted Games will be conducted on our partner platform, and instructions on how to sign up for the platform will be provided separately.

The Competition consists of the following two stages:

We may cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Competition and these Terms if necessary for scheduling or operational reasons.
